This gluten-free miso is made from soybeans and koji, and has a very intense flavour. Making hatcho miso requires a lot of dedication, patience and experience. Fermentation takes no less than 2 years.

- Also delicious on bread, combined with peanut butter.

Ingredients: Soybeans, water, salt, koji ferment.

Recommended use: as a condiment in dishes (miso), soups, meat, fish and vegetables, or as a base for sauces.
