Description
When sufficient time has passed, they are steamed until they are at their optimum point. We package them with their cooking water and a little sea salt. Steaming gives them a unique flavour, smell and texture, preserving their properties to the maximum.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to soak them in warm salted water for 12 hours. Boil 3 parts water for 1 part chickpeas, cook for 1 hour in a pressure cooker or 3 hours in a saucepan (approximately).
Storage
No need to chill. Glass jar. BPA-free lids (Bisphenol A).
