Description
Biocop's gluten-free fine whole grain oat flakes are ideal for adding to vegetable drinks or yogurt. 5 tablespoons of oat flakes provide half of the recommended daily amount of beta glucans. Oats are one of the most complete cereals as they are tasty, nutritious and restorative.
Instructions for use
They can be eaten raw, mixed with juices, vegetable drinks, milk or yoghurt. They are easier to digest if they are soaked beforehand. They can also be lightly toasted in a pan. Cooked: boil for 4 minutes. 3-4 tablespoons per person to prepare porridge to which you can add pieces of fruit, nuts, seeds or honey. Ideal to add to broth or vegetable cream. They have other uses in cooking, for example, to make bread, biscuits, meatballs, croquettes.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once the product has been opened, for better preservation, keep the container tightly closed.
