Barnhouse Organic Corn Flakes is an organic cornflake containing tasty and crunchy lightly toasted corn flakes. For breakfast or as a snack added to a vegetable drink.
Indication
Organic Cornflakes contain lightly roasted, tasty and crunchy corn flakes. For breakfast or as a snack, they are added to a vegetable drink. Golden yellow corn flakes – rolled in the traditional way, not extruded! The traditional process for producing corn flakes is rolling. This method is slightly more expensive, but much gentler. The corn kernels are cut into slices and boiled. In this procedure, the starch is solubilized, which makes it digestible for us. In this way, however, the starch structure of the corn kernel is preserved, our body breaks down the rolled flakes more slowly. Therefore, they give you the feeling of being full for longer. After the cooking process, the corn flakes are lightly roasted, so they taste pleasant and crunchy.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to mix with juice, milk, vegetable drink or yogurt, mainly for breakfast but also as a snack. Fresh fruit can be added if desired.
Storage
Once the product has been opened, for better preservation, keep the container tightly closed.

Ya no le tengo que poner abecrem o cosas para que mis caldos tengan sabor, con las chirivias, nabos, puerros y cebollas de frooty me queda un caldo espectacular.

Con los tomates de Frooty que tienen sabor las ensaldas no son aburridas, con un chorrito de aceite y sal salen buenisisimas.
