Description

Soba 100% – Terrasana Japanese buckwheat spaghetti is very popular in Japan. It is made from 100% buckwheat and is therefore 100% gluten-free. It is authentically made by a small producer in Japan.

Indication
Soba is the Japanese word for buckwheat. This variant is made from 100% buckwheat and is therefore also 100% gluten-free. Special, because it really is an art to make buckwheat noodles elastic. Our Japanese noodle producer can do this like no other. The Japanese often eat soba in a broth or miso soup or combine it with small side dishes such as natto miso, wakame sunomono and other pickles.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to bring a pot with plenty of water to a boil. Add the soba and cook until tender for 5-6 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Storage
After opening, store tightly in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20°C).
