Instructions for use: Soak for 8 hours. Bring water to a boil with salt and add the grain. Let it boil for 50-60 minutes. 1 part cereal to 3 or 4 parts water.
As an ingredient for making bread, biscuits, pastries, cookies, pâtés, beer, Italian pasta and pancakes.
