Description
The organic salmon bone broth from Ireland is cooked for 20 hours and is therefore rich in nutrients and minerals and gets its fine flavour from star anise, fennel and celery.
Wild salmon are raised in running water on a sustainable fish farm in Ireland. Due to good breeding and high water quality, the farm's aquaculture is one of the best in the world.
Why organic salmon from aquaculture?
- Wild salmon is in danger of extinction, it is better not to buy it
- Wild salmon often comes from polluted stocks such as the Atlantic Ocean and is therefore no healthier or ecologically safer than farmed salmon.
- With organic salmon, the consumer can be assured that no chemicals have been added and that the salmon has not been treated with antibiotics.
