Beef bone broth simmers slowly for up to 20 hours, releasing valuable nutrients such as collagen and amino acids from the bones.
For our beef bone broth, we only use 100% organic bones that come from pasture-raised organic cattle.
We make a homemade vegetable broth using organic vegetables as the basis for the meat broth. Most of the ingredients come from the Chiemgau region in southern Bavaria, where we also produce. The broth tastes just as delicious as a long-cooked meat broth or beef broth, but also provides valuable nutrients from the beef bones.

Beef bone broth is ready to eat, so you can drink it at room temperature or simply warm it up briefly. No histamine, lead or arachidonic acid have been detected in routine laboratory tests.
