Description
Lasagna pasta is made from spelt flour. To produce the dough, the flour is continuously mixed with water and kneaded until it achieves the consistency required to be able to roll and cut the dough into wide sheets.
Indication
These are dried in a drying oven for many hours at low temperatures so that the moisture is not extracted too quickly from the lasagne sheets and a smooth, even surface is produced. Finally, the pasta is placed in boxes, weighed and packaged.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to place the uncooked lasagne sheets and the rest of the ingredients in alternating layers in the lasagne dish. Generously cover the top layer of pasta with sauce and bake at 200°C for about 30-44 minutes. Naturata spelt lasagne can be used to prepare pastries such as lasagne bolognese. Its delicate nutty flavour goes well with tomato, bolognese and cream sauces.
