Product information

Soy sauce with wheat with a mild, Mediterranean flavour, ideal for cooking.

Obtained using the traditional Japanese method of liquid fermentation: in open vats, at room temperature, not filtered, but decanted, to preserve its characteristics (taste, smell, color).

  • Ideal for cooking vegetables, vegetable proteins, soups and stews, for making sauces and dressing salads, seaweed, fried vegetables, rice, breaded foods, meats and fish.
  • Helps enhance flavors.
  • Alternative to salt.

Ingredients: Water, SOY*, whole WHEAT*, sea salt, Aspergillus oryzae (koji). *From organic farming. Contains: Gluten, Soy and derivatives.
