Shoyu Kagisa Bio by La Finestra sul Cielo is a soy sauce made using the best traditional method, i.e. fermenting for 18 months in a wooden barrel.

Indication

Ideal for recipes based on cereals, legumes, vegetables and seaweed.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to consume according to the consumer's taste.

Warnings

May contain traces of gluten.

Storage

This product is pasteurized.
